Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee is charged on all refused orders and/or product returned for reasons other than quality or an error by BagWorks. Page Top
Backorders: We assume backorders are allowed unless your purchase order says "No Backorders". BagWorks will not pay freight on backorders. We reserve the right not to backorder small amounts of product. Page Top
Color Codes: nat=natural (no color or bleach, occassional lines and spots may be expected), blk=black, blu=pastel blue, bur=burgundy, but=butter (a light yellow, like butter), den=denim (indigo blue unwashed denim fabric), grp=grape (medium purple), htr=hunter green (a rich dark green), kel=kelly green (bright green), navy=navy blue (a dark blue), org=orange, pnk=pastel pink, red=red, roy=royal blue (a bright blue), sag=sage (a light green), wdn=washed denim (a medium blue denim - product is assembled in indigo denim and washed to give an aged appearance), wht=white (bright white), yel=yellow (bright yellow). Stock numbers with more than one color and/or description: Let's use several examples for our explanation. 1) Sku# 0146-red-htr: The first four numbers are the item number, the first color is the main or body color and the second color is the trim or secondary color. This would be a red child's apron with hunter bias trim. 2) Sku# 0422-nat-blk: The item number, "nat" is the main color and "blk" denotes black trim. 3) Most are simple but sometimes we really throw you a curve. As in Sku# 2450-nat-12: This one is a retail package of our small drawstring bags with 12 pieces in the package. 4) Numbers starting with a "C" are custom items. And, frankly, sometimes they make no sense at all. If you are really befuddled give us a call or drop us an email. Page Top
Product packaging: Most of our BagWorks products are normally shipped bulk. A lot of the Additions items are packaged. We keep packaged shelf stock on several items being purchased by mass merchants. If you require packaged product for retail, you should specify it on your purchase order. If you don't we will ship whatever is available on the shelf. We can only package totes and aprons if large quantities are ordered (several hundred of an item). Page Top
Credit Cards, Checks and COD's: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will accept checks for retail orders. We do not send product COD. Page Top
FedEx Ship Times: Please remember these are only times for ground shipping once your package has left our warehouse. In-stock orders will leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after order is received.

"Self" Handles are handles made with the same fabric as the bag or tote. We use self handles on bags that we cannot adequately match the fabric with poly handles or on custom items at the customer's request. Page Top
